제품 개요
미래의 청정 에너지의 하나인 수소 생산의 밸류 체인에서 암모니아는 크게 활용될 수 있습니다. 탄소가 없고 수소 함량이 높은 특성을 지닌 암모니아는 청정 연료로 점차 인식되고 있기 때문입니다.
암모니아 연료 고체 산화물 연료 전지(SOFC)에서 암모니아는 적절한 촉매를 사용하여 탄소 배출이 없는 수소와 질소로 분해될 수 있습니다. Carbon-Pt 기반 촉매는 비용 및 수급 측면에서 기존 촉매의 대안으로 더 선호되는 후보입니다.
Ammonia can be greatly utilized in the value chain of hydrogen production, one of the clean energy of the future. This is because ammonia is increasingly recognized as a clean fuel due to its carbon-free and high hydrogen content.
In ammonia-fueled solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs), ammonia can be decomposed into carbon-free hydrogen and nitrogen using suitable catalysts. Carbon-Pt-based catalysts are more preferred candidates as an alternative to conventional catalysts in terms of cost and supply.

상업적으로 충분히 이용가능한 저렴한 촉매를 개발하기 위해서는 제조 방법, 지지체 및 촉진제 측면에서 촉매의 합리적인 설계가 필요합니다. 암모니아는 또한 SOFC를 통한 청정 전력 생성에 대한 유망한 잠재력을 보여주며 수소 연료 전지와 유사한 전지 성능을 보입니다. SOFC에 미리 분해된 암모니아를 공급하면 암모니아와 촉매 사이의 질화 반응을 효과적으로 완화할 수 있습니다. 이러한 방식으로 H2와 N2로 구성된 가스 혼합물만 SOFC에 공급되어 암모니아와 양극의 반응을 제거합니다.
The development of commercially available inexpensive catalysts requires rational design of catalysts in terms of preparation methods, supports and promoters. Ammonia also shows promising potential for clean power generation via SOFCs, with cell performance comparable to hydrogen fuel cells. Feeding the SOFC with pre-cracked ammonia can effectively mitigate the nitridation reaction between ammonia and the catalyst. In this way, only the gas mixture consisting of H2 and N2 is fed to the SOFC to eliminate the reaction of the anode with ammonia.
